Measurements on the test day:
- Morning: Measure immediately after waking up with a new test strip.
- Afternoon: Take the second measurement around 1:00 PM.
- Evening: Conclude with a third measurement around 8:00 PM.

Calculating the average:
- Record the pH values of all three measurements.
- Add the values together and divide by 3 to determine the average daily value.
