Each tablet of this multi-vitamin contains, among other things, 125 mg of vitamin C (157% RI) , 30 mg of natural vitamin E (250% RI) , and 50 mcg of vitamin B-12 (2000% RI) . In addition, zinc, selenium, and other minerals are partially present in bisglycinate form (Albion Laboratories, Inc.). The formula is iron-free and contains additional ingredients such as choline, inositol, betaine HCl, citrus bioflavonoids, natural beta-carotene, and a carotenoid mix.
