Use and Dosage

Take 2 ml (1 pipette = 1 ml) daily with the Opti-Dose dropper. Add the drops to approximately 200 ml of water, fruit juice or food. The product should preferably be taken during a meal. Shaking before use is recommended. Please note: slight crystallization may occur, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
