Use and dosage
Teacup : Use one filter bag per 250 ml boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes and enjoy.
Teapot : Use two filter bags per 1-1.5 litres of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes.
Recommended amount: 3 to 5 cups per day.
Tips & Tricks

- Make a delicious iced tea by cooling the tea and serving it with ice cubes.
