Combination of the amino acid acetyl-l-carnitine and the herb ashwagandha.

The ashwagandha extract comes from a small Indian plant and is also called Indian ginseng. The plant is known as an adaptogen and is an antioxidant.

Composition per daily dose (2 veggie caps):
Acetyl-l-carnitine HCl 1,000 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract 400 mg
standardized extract from the root at 2.5% withanolides

Usage
Take 1 vegacap twice a day with water half an hour before or two hours after a meal, unless otherwise advised

The use of acetyl-l-carnitine and ashwagandha extract during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
