1138 Phosphatidylserine contains 50 mg phosphatidylserine per vegacaps.
It is obtained from soy and therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid. We consume an average of 130 mg per day through food. Phosphatyldiserine is mainly found in organ meat and oily fish. 1138 Phosphatidylserine can be used as a supplement to the daily diet and is also a vegetarian alternative.
1138 Phosphatidylserine is obtained from soy. Only soybeans that have not been genetically modified are used for this purpose.

Composition per daily dose (6 veggie caps):

Phosphatidylserine complex 1,500 mg
with phosphatidylserine / lysophosphatidylserine 300 mg
and other phospholipids and glycerides 1,185 mg

Usage
Take 2 veggie caps 3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach with water, unless otherwise advised.

The use of phosphatidylserine during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
