Himalayan Salt coarse - Mill 180 g
What is Himalayan salt?
Himalayan salt is extracted from the ancient oceans where the Himalayan Massif now stands. The salt is more than 250 million years old and is one of the purest types on earth. The color of Himalayan salt can vary from white to dark pink. Himalayan salt is not refined, not industrially treated and free of anti-caking agents. Himalayan salt is therefore much purer and more natural than regular table salt.
Use coarse Himalayan salt
You can use coarse Himalayan salt in the same way as table salt: in cooking, to season meals and to preserve food. The advantage of 'natural' unrefined salt is that you need much less of it than with 'normal' table salt because the taste is much more pronounced. Coarse Himalayan salt can also be used as bath salt.
Suitable for making sole
Sole is a mineral-rich drink of Himalayan salt and water that is drunk to replenish mineral deficiencies.
