Why Celtic Sea Salt Coarse?
Celtic sea salt is harvested by hand using a traditional Celtic method that is over 2000 years old in the Guérande region of Brittany, France. Of all salts, Celtic salt has the lowest sodium content of 89.7%, making it softer and gentler on the taste buds. The grey colour is the result of the combination with various clay minerals, making this salt richer in minerals than other types of salt. By not washing the salt, all minerals are retained. The clay marshes where the salt is harvested provide a natural purification, making the product pollution-free. Using unrefined Celtic sea salt means that you need much less of it compared to regular table salt, as the flavour is much more pronounced. This salt is also suitable for making sole, a mineral-rich drink that helps to replenish mineral deficiencies.Composition per Daily Dose
