These multivitamin tablets combine vitamin D-3 (8.3 mcg), vitamin K-2 (15 mcg, MK-7 & MK-6), calcium (113 mg) and magnesium (50 mg) with B vitamins such as B-6, B-12 and folic acid. In addition, this vitamin supplement contains vitamin C as Ester-C®, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, chromium (Chromax®) and iodine, supplemented with lutein and a citrus bioflavonoid complex. The daily supplement has been developed as a tablet within this specific life phase.
Per tablet, the formula provides, among other things , vitamin C 133 mg (166% RI) , vitamin D-3 8.3 mcg (166% RI) , vitamin K-2 15 mcg (20% RI) and vitamin B-12 167 mcg (6680% RI) . Minerals such as zinc (picolinate), selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum and iodine have also been added, as well as biotin and folic acid.
