The formula includes 150 mg of vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) , 100 mg of vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate) , and 10 mcg of vitamin D3 . It also contains beta-carotene from D. salina, grape seed extract (95% OPCs), choline, inositol, and a base of alfalfa, spirulina, and blueberry. The capsule is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the formula contains only natural ingredients.
