Fermented Black Garlic (FBG22) is a unique black garlic extract, obtained from fresh garlic (Allium sativum L.) that has been fermented under controlled conditions. This process, which takes between 80 and 90 days, results in a product with a much higher bioactivity and antioxidant capacity than raw garlic.
