Terranova Fermented Kombucha, also known as Fermbucha™, offers the popular fermented black tea in a convenient capsule form. This alcohol-free kombucha powder is obtained by fermenting black tea with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts (SCOBY). Thanks to this traditional fermentation method, absorption in the body is significantly improved. Fermbucha™ contains important metabolites such as glucuronic acid and D-saccharic acid-1,4-lactone, as well as easily absorbable flavonoids that function as SOD-like substances. In addition, specific polyphenols from black tea are present in their aglycone form. After fermentation, Fermbucha™ undergoes a special heat treatment process to ensure maximum stability and effectiveness.
