Red Yeast Rice & Q10 from Golden Naturals is a dietary supplement in the form of vegan tablets. This Red Yeast Rice & Q10 combines fermented red yeast rice with fermented black garlic and co-enzyme Q10 in one tablet. Red yeast rice is created when white rice ferments with the mold Monascus purpureus, resulting in red or purple rice containing the substance monacolin K. Per tablet, the formula provides 83 mg of red yeast rice extract, standardized to 3% monacolin K (2.5 mg). In addition, each tablet contains 10 mg of fermented black garlic extract (10:1, with >0.1% S-Allyl cysteine), 7.5 mg of co-enzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) and 0.75 mg of BioPerine® (black pepper extract).
