Recommended Use
Take 3 capsules daily with water, preferably during a meal. This recommended amount can also be taken all at once. For maintenance, you can later switch to 1 capsule per day. For children aged 3 to 12 years, squeeze 1 capsule into fruit juice and drink it immediately.Ingredients
