Golden Naturals Fish Oil EPA 33% / DHA 22% is rich in omega-3 fatty acids with a generous dose of EPA and DHA. It also contains vitamin E. DHA and EPA have a beneficial effect on the heart and DHA is also good for vision and the brain. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water. This recommended amount may also be taken in one go. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children aged 3 to 12 years squeeze 1 capsule per day into fruit juice and drink immediately.
