Solgar's Woman Multiple Multivitamin Woman is a comprehensive multivitamin for women in vegetable capsule form, formulated for women with an active lifestyle. This multivitamin for women combines vitamin C as Ester-C®, the active folate form Metafolin® (5-MTHF), and iron as bisglycinate (Gentle Iron®). The capsules also provide a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and additional nutrients. The product is supplemented with an Oxxynea® fruit and vegetable blend and selected plant extracts, and is taken in a daily dosage of two vegetable capsules.
Per daily dose, this formula contains, among other things, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), B vitamins in forms such as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate and cyanocobalamin, and minerals including zinc citrate, selenium (L-selenomethionine), and chromium picolinate.
