Light cure of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day. After that, 5 drops three times a day.
Medium cure of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day. After that, 20 drops three times a day.
Intensive cure of 8 weeks: 1st week 5 drops three times a day, 2nd and 3rd week gradually increase to 30 drops three times a day. 4th to 8th week further increase to 40 drops three times a day (maximum 120 drops three times a day).
With each cure, drink 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, for example nettle tea, goldenrod, or elderflower.
