This teasel tincture is of BIO quality and obtained by a maximally concentrated alcoholic extraction (ratio of one to one of the fresh roots immediately after the first growing season).

This Teasel tincture is a really very concentrated tincture. One to one, while one to ten is common.

Water, ethanol, Teasel (Dipsacus silvestris L.) root extract 1:1

Usage :
Starting treatment of 6 weeks: Start with one drop in the morning and one drop in the afternoon. On day two, one drop is added in the evening. Day three 2 drops twice a day, day four 3 drops twice a day, day five 4 drops twice a day and day six 5 drops twice a day. Then 5 drops 3 times a day.
Drink 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Light treatment of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day.
Then 5 drops 3 times a day
Drink: 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Medium treatment of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day. Then 20 drops 3 times a day.
Drink: 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Intensive treatment of 8 weeks: 1st week 5 drops 3 times a day, 2nd and 3rd week gradually increase to 30 drops 3 times a day. In the 4th to 8th week, increase further to 40 drops 3 times a day (maximum 3 x 120 drops).
Drink: 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, such as nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
