What is Acti-Mag Tabs (magnesium)?
Acti-Mag Tabs (magnesium) from Biotics Research is a magnesium supplement in tablet form with magnesium glycerophosphate as the primary mineral source, supplemented with active B-vitamins and taurine. These magnesium tablets combine, among other things, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), riboflavin (B2), thiamine (B1), folate (calcium-l-methylfolate), and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). In addition, the formula contains beet juice and bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris). This magnesium preparation in tablet form has been developed as a combination formula in which minerals, vitamins, and specific nutrients come together in one daily supplement.
Each tablet provides 66.67 mg of magnesium (magnesium glycerophosphate), supplemented with, among other things, 33.33 mg of taurine and 42.5 mg of beet juice (Beta vulgaris). The B-vitamins are present in specific forms such as niacinamide, calcium-d-pantothenate, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate, thiamine pyrophosphate chloride, calcium-l-methylfolate, and methylcobalamin.
