An active B complex and the safest form of B6
The Multi Day Man contains all B vitamins. We also choose bioavailable forms that the body absorbs well. This means you can also use the Multi Dag Man as an active B-complex!
In addition, two forms of vitamin B6 are used in supplements, pyridoxine HCL and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-phostat (P-5-P). To date, no side effects from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate have been reported. Research from the University of Maastricht even shows that neuropathy caused by high doses of B6 can be entirely attributed to pyridoxine HCl. The shape that cannot be found in any of our products.
Saw palmetto extract Sabalselect®
However, many extracts from the American plant do not meet our quality standards. The active substances are not present in effective doses, are not evenly distributed, or the leaves are at the base of the extract instead of the fruit. Some extracts even have a fatty acid content of only 25 percent! That is why we choose the most renowned saw palmetto extract worldwide, which is supported by no less than nineteen (!) scientific articles and has a fatty acid content of at least 85 percent!
Ashwagandha KSM 66®
KSM-66® uses exclusively the roots of the ashwagandha plant for its extract, without adding leaves. Many producers choose to include leaves in their extract, as these are only a fraction of the cost of the roots, approximately one fifteenth. In addition to the fact that Ayurveda has been using the root for oral consumption for years, scientific research also shows that the health-promoting effects are mainly attributable to the root. The roots simply have a much higher content of active substances than the leaves.
