As a starting dose, dissolve a measuring cup containing 10 ml in a large glass of water twice a day and drink it before a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 10 ml once a day. Can be used for a long time. Suitable for children from 3 years. Tip: drink preferably two liters of water or (herbal) tea every day.
