What is PerioPull™?
PerioPull™ is an oil pulling oral oil from Designs For Health, developed as a supplement to your daily oral care routine. This liquid oral oil is based on the traditional Ayurvedic practice of oil pulling, where a small amount of oil is swished in the mouth for several minutes. The formula combines MCT oil from coconut with geranylgeraniol (GG), bromelain, and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). PerioPull™ is used in addition to brushing and flossing and is intended to allow prolonged contact with teeth and gums. The product is exclusively for rinsing and should be spat out after use, not swallowed.
The oil contains caprylic/capric/lauric triglycerides (MCT oil from coconut) as a base, supplemented with geranylgeraniol from Bixa orellana seed extract (GG-Gold®, DeltaGold®), bromelain (an enzyme from pineapple), and coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone. The formula is vegan and contains no known allergens. PerioPull™ is also free from BPAs, parabens, synthetic colorants, gluten, sulfates, and artificial sweeteners.

How to use and dosage
Shake before use. Do not swallow.
After your normal brushing and flossing routine, rinse 1 teaspoon (± 5 ml) of oil in your mouth for at least 5 minutes. Then spit out the oil and do not rinse afterward, for prolonged contact with teeth and gums.
Use daily or as advised by a healthcare professional.
