Recommended Use

Take 3 capsules daily on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount can also be taken with water before meals. If desired, a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day can be used later. Children aged 2 to 12 years can take 1 capsule per day. It is advisable to avoid dairy products (as much as possible) when using this food supplement.
