What is Multi Day & Night® Man 50+?
Vitakruid's Multivitamin Man 50+ is a complete multi tailored to the needs of men aged 50 and over. This multivitamin consists of two separate formulas: a Day tablet and a Night tablet, each with its own composition. The Day formula provides, among other things, a complete vitamin B complex, choline and plant extracts such as saw palmetto and bacopa during the day. The Night formula is tailored to the night and contains, among other things, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, zinc and passionflower. All tablets are vegan and made with only plant-based excipients. This way you take this supplement divided throughout the day, fitting your body's natural rhythm.
The Day tablet contains B vitamins in their biologically active form, including adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin (together 200 mcg vitamin B12), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6) and 5-MTHF folate. In addition, 100 mg of choline has been added, together with OPC from grapeseed, lycopene and Sabalselect® saw palmetto extract with 85-95% fatty acids. The Night tablet provides, among other things, 25 mcg of vitamin D3 from algae (Vita-algae D®), VitaMK7® vitamin K2, selenium, zinc and NAC, supplemented with lutein and zeaxanthin.
