Omnium® Multivitamin by Solgar is a broadly formulated multivitamin in tablet form for adults. These multivitamin tablets combine a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals with additional botanical nutrients in one formula. Per tablet, this supplement provides, among other things, 150 mg of vitamin C in the form of Ester-C®, 30 mg of natural vitamin E, and a complete B-complex, including 50 mcg of vitamin B12.
