What is SPM Supreme?

SPM Supreme by Designs for Health is a standardized omega-3 lipid concentrate in softgel form. This supplement provides a concentrated source of bioactive SPMs, or specialized pro-resolving mediators. These SPMs are signaling molecules naturally formed in the body from the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The softgels are developed for those who want to specifically supplement a lipid concentrate with SPMs. SPM Supreme is hypoallergenic and formulated gluten-free.

The concentrate contains three biologically active derivatives of omega-3 fatty acids: 18-hydroxy-eicosapentaenoic acid (18-HEPE), 17-hydroxy-docosahexaenoic acid (17-HDHA), and 14-hydroxy-docosahexaenoic acid (14-HDHA). The raw material is derived from fish and is supplied as 300 mg Activated Marine Lipid Concentrate per softgel.
