Usage
Take 1 measuring spoon of L-Glutamine Complex 1 to 3 times a day. Dissolve in water or other cold drink. Preferably half an hour before the meal or 2 hours after. Unless otherwise prescribed. One measuring spoon contains 2300 mg L-Glutamine Complex and is included.
