In our body, collagen is an important protein form, it comprises approximately 30% of our total protein mass. In the animal kingdom, collagen is the number 1 most abundant protein. You can find the protein in all kinds of tissues, such as your skin, muscles, tendons, blood vessels and cartilage. We produce collagen ourselves until the age of 25, after which this production gradually decreases. A consequence of this is the decrease in elasticity in the skin and the appearance of the first wrinkles and fine lines. Fish collagen is the ideal support for this!

There are different types of collagen. Our body consists of approximately 90% type I collagen. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. There are 22 amino acids, all with their own specific function. Collagen contains 18 different types of amino acids. Proline, glutamine and glycine have the largest share (about 45.6 percent).

Our fish collagen is a source of pure protein and represents a good amino acid profile (see image 3). The most important components of collagen, glycine, proline and hyproxyproline, are abundantly present. Our collagen peptides also consist of a high amount of glutamine. In addition, our product contains 8 of the 9 essential amino acids.

Virtually no fishy taste or burping
With fish collagen, the idea may arise that the product has a fishy taste. After many weeks of testing, we have arrived at a fish collagen that has virtually no fishy aftertaste. In addition, the odor is neutral and you run no risk of fishy reflux.

Our fish collagen has a fine powder form, making it easy to take. Due to its fine structure, it quickly dissolves in your drink (hot or cold). So there are no lumps. The collagen also remains intact up to temperatures of about 80 degrees. When the temperature rises above, efficacy may decrease. Usage
Take 1 scoop per day. Preferably use 25 days in a row. Then take a break for 5 days. Easily soluble in (lukewarm) warm drinks (200 ml - 300 ml). After stirring, let stand for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
