What is Sunflower Protein?

Sunflower protein is made from sunflower seeds through a special process, which means the final protein is higher in protein and lower in fats and carbohydrates than the original product. Sunflower protein contains all essential amino acids and is gluten-free. This sunflower protein contains 15.5 grams of fiber per 100 grams.
