Use and Dosage

Use 1 level scoop (30 grams) of the Ultimate Protein Blend by mixing it with approximately 250 ml of drinking yoghurt or milk. Due to the natural fermentation process, the product has a fresh, slightly sour taste. Preferably use a shaker cup for optimal mixing. It is recommended to take the product with a meal.
