Our diet often shows a deficiency of Omega-3 fatty acids. Over the last 20 years, a lot of attention has been paid to Omega-6 fatty acids (vegetable oils and margarines) in our diet. Proportionally, insufficient Omega-3 fatty acids are consumed compared to Omega-6 fatty acids, which disrupts the eicosanoid (EPA) balance. Usage
