Each capsule contains 100 mg of vitamin C (125% RI) as Ester-C®, 100 mg of Boswellia extract with 20% AKBA, and 40 mg of UC-II® standardized cartilage with 10 mg of undenatured type II collagen. It also includes 4:1 extracts of turmeric and ginger, a 5:1 extract of white willow bark, and a pepper complex with cayenne and black pepper extract (Bioperine®). The capsules are packaged in dark glass containers to protect them from oxygen, moisture, and light.
