Per daily dose of two vegetable capsules, this formula includes vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), B-vitamins in specific forms such as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate and cyanocobalamin, and minerals such as zinc citrate, selenium (L-selenomethionine) and chromium picolinate.
