BifidoBiotics
What is BifidoBiotics with L. sporogenes?
BifidoBiotics contains two types of bifidobacteria and three types of lactobacilli, specially formulated to support intestinal flora.
What are Bifidobacteria?
Bifidobacteria are gram-positive, non-spore-forming, predominantly anaerobic rod-shaped bacteria. They primarily colonize the large intestine and constitute 95% of the intestinal flora in breastfed infants. Bifidobacteria are resistant to gastric and bile acids, but can be reduced by toxins and stressors in the intestine.
What are Lactobacilli?
Lactobacilli are gram-positive, usually rod-shaped bacteria that produce lactic acid by fermentation. They mainly colonize the walls of the small intestine and help regulate the pH value, among other things.
BifidoBiotics with L. sporogenes from Allergy Research Group® contains 60 capsules and is dairy and gluten free.
