What is LipoPhos® EDTA?
LipoPhos® EDTA contains a mix of EDTA and high-quality phospholipids, such as phosphatidylcholine , phosphatidylinositol , and phosphatidylethanolamine . These phospholipids are derived from sunflower lecithin and form a liposomal structure. Liposomes are small fat spheres with a double layer of phospholipids, allowing them to transport both fat- and water-soluble substances. By encapsulating EDTA in liposomes, the bioavailability of EDTA is greatly improved.

Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is normally poorly absorbed by the body, but by encapsulating it in liposomes, the absorption can be significantly increased. LipoPhos® EDTA combines the advantages of phospholipids with EDTA for effective action.
