What is Liposomal Zen?
Liposomal Zen is a handy spray that contains a combination of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and L-theanine in liposomal form. Liposomes are microscopic fat globules, made up of phospholipids. The outer layer of these liposomes closely resembles our cell membranes, which ensures efficient absorption into the body. This makes liposomes ideal for transporting substances such as GABA and L-theanine .
What are GABA and L-theanine?
GABA is a natural substance produced by the body from the amino acid L-glutamine . It occurs naturally in foods such as green vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds and fermented products. L-theanine is a unique amino acid found almost exclusively in the leaves of the tea plant ( Camellia sinensis ).

Liposomal Zen by Allergy Research Group® delivers 150 mg of GABA and 100 mg of L-theanine per dose (4 sprays, 2 ml). The 50 ml pump bottle contains 25 doses.
