Modified Citrus Pectin Powder
What is Modified Citrus Pectin?
Modified Citrus Pectin is obtained from citrus peels and undergoes a specially developed process to reduce the size of the pectin molecules, which allows it to be better absorbed by the body. The average molecular weight of the pectin molecules is 30 kD and the degree of methoxylation is not more than 5%. These characteristics ensure better bioavailability of the pectin.
