Recommended use
Day 1: Take 1 drop every fifteen minutes for one hour. Then 1 drop every hour until bedtime.
Days 2 and 3: Take 1 drop after each meal and before going to bed (4 times in total).
Day 4 and beyond: Maintain this schedule.
