What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is made from fresh tea, cane sugar and a living ferment. This living ferment is a mix of different bacteria and yeasts that 'eat' the sugar. During the fermentation process, acids, yeasts and enzymes are formed.

The basis of this Kombucha is green tea supplemented with rosehip blossom, lime blossom and hibiscus blossom. Due to the special fermentation process, the kombucha contains less than 0.2 grams of residual sugar per 100 ml. During fermentation, a slight fizz is created in the drink. The kombucha is not pasteurized.
