What is Nachtrust Support?
Nachtrust Support by Golden Naturals is a dietary supplement in the form of vegan capsules, developed for those who could use some extra support around bedtime. This herbal formula combines herbal extracts such as California poppy and lemon balm with minerals and vitamins. The supplement is completely melatonin-free and contains no allergens. Per daily dose of 2 capsules, the formula provides, among other things, 150 mg lemon balm extract, 80 mg passionflower extract, California poppy, lavender, magnolia and dandelion extract, supplemented with 50 mg GABA.
