Usage
As a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount may also be taken with water before meals. If desired, a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day can be used later. Children from 1 to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day.
