Recommended Use
For pregnant women (last 3 months of pregnancy): dissolve 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1.3 grams) in half a glass of lukewarm water 3 times a day, let it stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink or add to fruit juice or yoghurt. Preferably take on an empty stomach or before going to bed.
For children (from birth): Dissolve 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1.3 grams) in boiled and cooled water once a day and let it stand for 15 minutes. Stir well after dissolving, add to warm bottle food or expressed breast milk, shake and let it stand for no longer than 5 minutes.
