Recommended Use

Apply the gel generously to the legs, feet or hands twice a day and massage well until the desired result is achieved. For an optimal effect, apply the gel thickly to very tired legs, elevate the legs and cover them to prevent cooling. Let the gel soak in for about 20 minutes.
