During the fermentation process, the garlic takes on a black color and a sweeter taste. Fermented garlic contains many antioxidants and important sulfur compounds such as S-Allyl cysteine.
What is S-Allyl Cysteine?
Fermenting regular garlic produces S-Allyl cysteine (SAC). An important sulfur compound, which contributes, among other things, to the anti-oxidative properties of black garlic. For example, black garlic supports blood pressure, is good for the heart and blood vessels and contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Golden Naturals Black Garlic Plus contains 0.25% S-Allyl cysteine per capsule. This is the bioactive form, which means that the body no longer needs to convert it, making the active substance immediately available.

The 'Plus' in the product name represents a number of supporting nutrients that we have added to our capsules: grape seed extract (OPC) and vitamin C, mistletoe, hawthorn, vitamin E and magnesium bisglycinate. Tasteless and odorless!
Not a garlic lover? Then fortunately you can still benefit from all the good properties: our capsules are completely tasteless and odorless. Golden Naturals Black Garlic Plus contains all the good properties of garlic, but without the distinct taste and smell.
As a starting dose, take 2 capsules once a day with water during a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 3 to 12 years 1 capsule per day.
