What is Vitakruid Multi day & night?
Vitakruid's Day & Night Multivitamin is a multivitamin consisting of two separate tablets: a day tablet and a night tablet. With this day and night multivitamin, you take your natural biorhythm into account, as different nutrients are offered during the day and at night. The Multi Day is formulated for use in the morning and contains, among other things, a complete B-complex and vitamin C. The Multi Night is designed for the evening and contains, among others, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, milk thistle and passionflower extract. This supplement combines vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts in two tablets that you take at different times of the day.
In the day tablet, vitamin B6 has been added as the active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P), while the other B vitamins are included in easily absorbable forms. The night tablet combines the related vitamins D3 and K2 (menaquinone-7) and also contains milk thistle (silymarin), passionflower extract (9:1) and melatonin.
