Recommended Use

Take 3 capsules daily with water, preferably during a meal. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once. For maintenance, you can later switch to 1 capsule per day. Children aged 3 to 12 can squeeze 1 capsule per day into fruit juice and drink it straight away.
