Organic Cocoa powder

To make cocoa powder, the cocoa mass of the cocoa bean is used. This mass is pressed under high pressure to produce cocoa powder and cocoa butter. This can in turn be made into chocolate. Cocoa powder can be used in all kinds of (baking) dishes. Our organic cocoa powder comes from Peru.

Cocoa is a powerful antioxidant and contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

Mattisson organic cocoa powder is roasted at 115 degrees and is therefore not RAW.
