Usage and dosage
For pregnant women (last 3 months of pregnancy): Dissolve 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1.3 grams) in half a glass of lukewarm water 3 times a day, let it stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink or add to fruit juice or yogurt. Preferably take on an empty stomach or before bedtime.
For children (from birth): Dissolve 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1.3 grams) in boiled and cooled water once a day, and let it stand for 15 minutes. After dissolving, stir well, add to warm formula or expressed breast milk, shake, and do not let stand for longer than 5 minutes.
