What is DIM Builder?
DIM Builder by Vitakruid is a vegan capsule dietary supplement formulated with extracts from cruciferous vegetables. These brassicas, including broccoli, yellow mustard seed, and white cabbage, are naturally rich in glucosinolates. From glucosinolates like glucoraphanin, indole-3-carbinol (I3C) can be formed, which can then be converted into diindolylmethane (DIM) in the body.
