Use and Dosage
Take 2 capsules per day, preferably between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal) with water. Follow the recommended dosage. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. In case of increased need for iodine, combination with an iodine supplement may be recommended.
